Terms of Use

By accessing and using Organiser for JW (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Description of Service
Organiser for JW is a personal organisation application designed to help Jehovah’s Witnesses manage their congregation responsibilities, ministry activities, study projects, hospitality, and personal scheduling. The App provides tools for task management, project tracking, ministry logging, congregation management, study outlining, recipe management, and weekly planning.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the App. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Creation
To use the App, you must register using the Base44 platform’s authentication system with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account, you should notify us immediately at mariodorelnadaban@gmail.com.
3.3 Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and using the App’s features.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Store or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others’ rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users’ data or the App’s systems
- Use the App to store sensitive personal data of third parties without their consent
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App’s servers or functionality
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the App
- Share your account credentials with others
5. Your Content
5.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of all data and content you create and store in the App, including tasks, notes, ministry logs, recipes, and other records.
5.2 Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you store in the App. This includes ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents to store any personal data of third parties (e.g., publisher contact details, study student information).
5.3 Data Privacy
When storing information about other individuals (e.g., publishers, study students, revisit contacts), you are responsible for complying with applicable data protection laws, including obtaining necessary consents. The App provides features such as study note permission tracking to help you manage these obligations.
6. AI-Assisted Features
The App may include features that use AI language models to assist with content generation or summarisation. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate
- You should review all AI-generated content before relying on it
- You are responsible for the content you create or store using AI features
- Data submitted to AI features may be processed by third-party AI providers
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 App Ownership
The App, including its design, code, and features, is owned by Dorel Mario Nadaban. The App is built on the Base44 platform.
7.2 Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.
7.3 Third-Party Content
The App may display content from third-party services (e.g., AI providers). Such content is subject to the respective third party’s terms.
8. Disclaimers
8.1 No Warranty
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
8.2 Accuracy
We do not warrant that the information provided by the App (including AI-generated content) is accurate, complete, or reliable. The App is a tool to assist with personal organisation; you are responsible for verifying all information.
8.3 No Professional Advice
The App is not a substitute for professional advice. Congregation-related decisions should follow the guidance of the local body of elders and official publications.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dorel Mario Nadaban shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
10. Termination
10.1 Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time through the App’s Settings. Account deletion will permanently erase all your data.
10.2 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
10.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, all your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. Please review the Privacy Policy for details.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
